Product Description

The series Vier Jahreszeiten (Four Seasons) presents flowers printed on one side of reversible sequins. The reverse side is rendered in a corresponding primary color or in white. This allows viewers to decide for themselves how much of the flower remains visible – and how much dissolves into a monochrome surface.

The result is a dynamic, ever-changing image that reflects on themes of visibility and transience, depiction and construction.
The series comprises the following four works:
1. Snowdrop (Spring)
2. Sunflower (Summer)
3. Chrysanthemum (Autumn)
4. Christmas Rose (Winter)
