“Metaverse Archeology” – NFT´s from the origin of the Metaverse
Robert F. Hammerstiel, a renowned Austrian photographer, went all-in in the early days of metaverse and spent nearly two years in the virtual allotment garden of Second Life, which inspired millions of people at the time. During this time several series of artworks were created, of which “Waste Land_reloaded”, consisting of virtual worlds frozen in time during build up, and “Pose Balls_ready again”, which deals with artificial human interactions in Second Life, will be shown for the first time in the exhibition “Metaverse Archeology”, as part of the Vienna Digital Summer in its own virtual museum.
