OHO

The OHO (Offene Haus Oberwart) sees itself as an autonomous art house that offers a home to several disciplines, often in mutual interaction. From the very beginning, the house has placed a central focus on its own productions, making it a unique exception in Burgenland to this day. The house provides, in addition to the gallery, a hall with contemporary stage technology and a second gallery space for smaller projects. The OHO received the Bank Austria Art Prize in 2014. In 2013 it was awarded the Austrian Art Prize.
