,,Veil” spreads across the walls of the glass cube of Pavilion 16 at the Otto Wagner Areal like a growing, symmetrical entity and distorts the glass, veiling the identity of people on either side.
The intervention takes visual inspiration from the (in)famous inkblots of the projective psychological Rorschach Test and interweaves them with biblical number codes. By walking through this sight specific installation, the viewer gets cocooned by the pungent smell of latex and the sinister, ominous rumbling sounds of the accompanying audio installation, blaring from within two resin shells.
